150 g milk chocolate, chopped
100 g dark chocolate
70% cocoa, chopped
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. icing sugar
40 ml whiskey
400 ml cream
- Put the milk and dark chocolate into a bowl and place over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally.
- Put the egg, egg yolk, and sugar into a bowl over a pan of simmering water and beat until thick and creamy. Stir in the chocolate and the whiskey and leave to cool down slightly.
- Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the cooled chocolate cream.
- Spoon the mixture into glasses and chill for 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate.
