Although the holidays are over, you don’t have to forget to pamper yourself. I really like interesting quotes about desserts.: You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy dessert and that’s kind of the same thing. You are what you eat, so eat dessert. Always save room for dessert. There is nothing dessert can’t solve. etc.

If it is too liquid, it can be heated a little more. Put the dough in a pastry bag and press out the cookies. Bake in a 200 °C oven for 20-30 minutes until nicely browned.
Cookies with seeds
about 1 kg of cookies
For the dough you will need the following:
200 g of butter
200 g of sugar
11⁄2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
250 g of wheat flour
150 g oat flour
100 g of brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
You will need to sprinkle:
1 egg yolk
60 g of sunflower seeds
30 g of pumpkin seeds
Beat room temperature butter with simple and vanilla sugar until fluffy, and light. Then add the eggs one by one and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: wheat and oat flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix the dry product mixture with the butter mixture (mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed). Use a spoon or your hands to form balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten them carefully.
In a separate bowl, mix the seeds for sprinkling. Brush the ready-to-bake cookies with 2 tablespoons of water-beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a 190 °C oven for 10-15 minutes.
Chocolate avocado cream
2 servings
You will need the following:
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, peel the skin and cut the pulp. Please place it in an electric blender. Pour lemon juice there, and add brown and vanilla sugar, and honey. Mix everything well. Then add cocoa powder and mix well again. If necessary, add more sugar to taste. It is better to cool it before serving – this cream is thicker. It can be decorated with chopped nuts or dried berries.
Creamy cookies
8 servings
You will need the following:
1 egg yolk
125 g of sugar
20 g of vanilla sugar
100 g sour cream
200 g of flour and roll a little
11⁄2 tsp baking powder 120 g butter
You will need to sprinkle:
60 g of powdered sugar
Beat the egg yolk with simple and vanilla sugar to a fluffy mass. Pour the sugar into the yolks slowly, because it will be difficult to mash after adding it all. Then add sour cream and mix so that no sugar crystals remain. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Make a hole in the mound of flour, pour the egg and sour cream mixture into it, and put the butter cut into pieces on the edges. Knead a smooth mass (you may need more flour). Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Then roll out thinly on a floured table and press out the cookies in the desired shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a 200 °C oven for about 10 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
