75 g sugar
80 g all purpose flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
100 g quark (low-fat soft cheese)
75 ml milk
750 g cherries, pitted
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and creamy. Beat in the flour, salt, baking powder, quark, and milk. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 200C
- Butter the pan. Spoon in 1/3 of the dough and arrange half of the cherries on it. Spoon on the remaining dough, smooth, and sprinkle the remaining cherries on top.
- Bake for 30 – 40 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
